We taped it and went out to eat + to Target, but when we got home and started fast forwarded through the boring parts, we realized the DVR cut off the entire ending! So I didn't get to see Sandra Bullock accept her award for Best Actress. Boo. (Chris, I bet you're so happy!) Sandra's metallic Marchesa gown practically transformed her into a life size Oscar. How could she not win wearing that dress? And her Veronica Lake hair and reddish/pink lips perfectly matched the old Hollywood vibe. I loved it!

03.02.10In The LeadSandra Bullock is definitely the woman to beat at the Oscar Awards Sunday, March 7. She arrived at the 41st NAACP Image Awards in LA last Friday (Feb. 26) wearing a weird embroidered humming bird dress. (Let's hope that's not a precursor of her Oscar dress!) But Sandra's hair and makeup looks beautiful. I like that her updo is to one side--there's something cooler about this style than if it had been all up, you know?
