Ashley Olsen went dark for V Man magazine, but don't worry Olsen-fans, it's just a wig. And kind of a bad one at that. Although I do think she looks pretty with dark hair. In the interview with with designer Marc Jacobs, Ashley discussed the difficulties she faced trying to differentiate herself from her sister Mary-Kate: "We had to work through what's special about us, and then the media had to work through it...I've never been one to engage the media to say that I'm different."

Most of the time I don’t get the whole Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen thing. I think I'm too old. I remember them as one baby from Full House, and after that I pretty much stopped paying attention to their careers. Mary-Kate's weird homeless person style has never really appealed to me, but this picture of Ashley (it is Ashley, right?) is stunning. Her hair looks a-amazing.
