Last night’s Costume Institute Gala was in celebration of the opening of the “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity” exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. So maybe Kristen Stewart was trying to fashion her own national identity with this dress? That’s the only excuse I can come up with… It kind of looks like she made it herself.
Not loving her retro-inspired, pinned up ‘do either. Too heavy on the product, which makes Kristen’s hair look unnecessarily greasy. And it’s too flat on top making her face look more square. Kristen’s eye makeup is pretty though!
Okay, check out this picture of Kristen Stewart:

Now, she looks about twenty-eight in the photo (and the movie is 3 years old), but she looks really good! See what blond hair does for this girl? I was actually a fan of Kristen’s until all this “Twilight” mess. I think the paparazzi and fan-insanity that comes with the role of Bella, has made her terminally cranky. *sigh*
Hi Chris, that link isn’t working for some reason, can you try it again? But sometimes Kristen does look amazing. I actually think she’s gorgeous when she’s wearing the right thing! But, yeah, her attitude is kind of annoying.

And I agree, when she looks good she’s actually quite beautiful.
