I woke up to an email in my inbox from an old friend informing me that my favorite tennis player, Roger Federer, became a father for this first time on Thursday!
Federer announced the news on his Facebook page: “I have some exciting news to share with you. Late last night, in Switzerland, Mirka and I became proud parents of twin girls.”
The twins are named Charlene Riva and Myla Rose. Federer said the girls and his wife are “doing great.”
Aw.
What better way to celebrate Federer’s recent additions than talk about his awesome hair? Hands down, the man has the best hair in tennis.
Here we have Federer’s GQ look. Very suave, Roger, but maybe a tad too much styling product to work the tennis court.
Federer with a slightly shorter style, ready for action.
Well, in this one you can’t see his hair so much…
Yeah, you’re welcome.
Sigh. I heart Fed. He does have great hair. I also really like the waves in Mirka’s hair. Their girls will be gifted in many ways.
I am glad you like Federer too! He has amazing hair… And their girls are going to be amazing on the tennis court.
What product do you figure he uses in his hair?
Dave, according to this interview (http://www.goroger.net/interview/2006/zdf060500.html) Roger says he spends a lot of money on hair products, but doesn’t name them, and also says he once dyed his hair blonde (!) because he wanted a change! Also, I know Sally Hershberger lists Roger as one of her clients, so it’s possible that he uses some of her products, but I’m really not sure…
